We are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for tipper, silo, and walking floor transports, as well as for open transports with flatbed trailers in local and long-distance traffic for our location in Haldensleben/Saxony-Anhalt at the earliest possible date.
Your Responsibilities
- Truck dispatching for tipper transports, silo transports, walking floor transports, and open transports with flatbed trailers in local and long-distance traffic
- Organization, dispatching, and deployment of the fleet and drivers
- Planning, monitoring, and execution of routes
- Continuous optimization of route planning
- Personnel deployment planning
- Monitoring and control of legal regulations, as well as compliance with statutory driving and rest times
- Preparation of freight documents for billing
- Scheduling and planning of workshop appointments
- Customer consulting
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade or freight forwarding, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d)
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Expertise in the operational organization of a haulage company
- Knowledge of IT and MS Office applications

We are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for our handling of precast concrete elements and the development of the transport division for open transports in standard and specialized sectors in Emden/Lower Saxony at the earliest possible date.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and establishment of the handling operations in Emden with an initial fleet of 10 articulated trucks and the required subcontracted fleet
- Purchasing and selling of freight in coordination with cost calculation

Dispatcher / Department Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the complete integration of the transport division of the former Winter company into the fleet of Ackmann & Lörcher GmbH & Co. KG, we are strengthening our presence in the Hanover–Brunswick–Göttingen–Wolfsburg metropolitan region and in southern Lower Saxony. This combines the long-standing experience of the Winter team with the performance strength of our corporate group.
For the operational management and further development of this newly integrated transport division, we are looking for an experienced Department Manager/Dispatcher (m/f/d) for our holding location in Hildesheim at the earliest possible date. Together with our existing contacts, you will actively drive forward the processes, structure, and customer service of the division and help shape its future direction.
Your Responsibilities
- Truck dispatching for approximately 17 company-owned tipper semi-trailers and trailer combinations in local and long-distance traffic, as well as the required subcontractors
- Organization, deployment planning, and management of the fleet and drivers
- Planning, monitoring, and complete execution of all routes in daily operations
- Continuous optimization of route planning from economic and operational perspectives
- Monitoring and compliance with all legal requirements, particularly driving and rest times, waste law, and transport regulations
- Purchasing and selling of building materials and coordination of materials management
- Dispatching and management of disposal orders including coordination with disposal facilities
- Technical assessment and processing of waste and building material types
- Customer contact, consulting, and support of existing and new customers
- Monitoring and analysis of the regional market, as well as development and maintenance of relevant business relationships
- Preparation and compilation of all billing-relevant freight and delivery documents
- Scheduling and planning of workshop and maintenance appointments
- Independent management and development of the transport division at the Hildesheim location
