The Bettels Group is consistently continuing its growth course and further expanding its strong market position. In order to make optimal use of existing synergies and bundle capacities even more efficiently, we have decided to fully integrate the transport division of Winter into the fleet of Ackmann & Lörcher GmbH & Co. KG as of October 1, 2025.
Fundamentally, nothing will change for you as our customers and partners:
Your contact persons will continue to be available to you with their expertise and experience.
Scheduling for this division has been relocated to our holding company in Hildesheim, while the remaining organization and administration of the division will be managed exclusively from the Haldensleben site. You can, of course, still reach us at the familiar telephone numbers.
Only the mixing site in Hemmingen will be closed. For self-collectors, we naturally offer alternative locations within the corporate group.
Our core area remains the Hannover–Braunschweig–Göttingen–Wolfsburg metropolitan region as well as southern Lower Saxony. Through the integration into Ackmann & Lörcher, we will also be able to offer you high-performance transport solutions as well as comprehensive construction site supply and disposal services beyond these areas in the future.
With this measure, we are pooling our strengths and creating additional capacities that will sustainably strengthen our mutual growth.
